GOLF SIMULATOR RULES

Golf Simulator & Player Rules

The following procedures are in place to ensure customers have a safe, enjoyable experience at Hillside Athletics, LLC.

• All participants MUST sign a waiver, before you schedule a rental time and before the use of any equipment at Hillside Athletics, LLC.
• Golfers MUST exit the golf simulator area upon their completed time. We would love for you to finish your “last hole” however if another group is booked after you, we will transition the simulator to the next group promptly at the end of your booking time.
• The pace of play will be enforced. If you are not finished by the end of your scheduled time, you may be asked to quickly finish your last swing so we can start next group on time.
• No one under 17 years old is permitted to use the golf simulators with out an accompanied adult. (Hillside Athletics, LLC. Is not responsible for monitoring underage children).
• Players need to provide their own clubs, golf balls are provided in the simulators.
  Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators.
• Any reservations that arrive 15 minutes late will forfeit their time.(no refund) 
• Hillside Athletics, LLC. Does not assume responsibility for personal property and equipment.
• Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time. Everyone MUST keep a safe distance, from the person swinging.
• Before you swing any clubs, check your surroundings ( monitor, computer, projector wall, people, etc to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.
• Beware of your back swing and always follow through.
• Be alert of where you stand/walk and stay out of someone’s swing path.
• Please make sure the club faces are clean.
• Please wear a clean/dry pair of shoes. Metal spikes, soft spikes, and open-toed shoes are not allowed.
• The frontal projection screen is the ONLY direction players should be swinging towards. No swinging clubs outside the simulator bay.
• Keep simulator bay green clear of any extra balls, clubs, etc.
• No food, or drink or any glassware allowed inside the simulator bays at any time! Keep food and drinks at the provided tables.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment.
• Please take any and all trash, and belongings with you upon exit, the simulator area should be left clean and neat for next golfers. Whatever you take in you need to take out.
• Customers acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
• Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules and Guidelines.

Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.
